Authority And Direction To Provide Information To Speedy Finance

As part of its application process, Speedy Finance requires certain information and documentation from you and may need to confirm this during the loan term.

In the circumstances, I/we hereby authorise and direct you to provide any or all information and documentation you may hold about the Company to Speedy Finance or anyone that may contact you on behalf of Speedy Finance.

Please provide the requested information and/or documentation to Speedy Finance as quickly as possible as they will not be able to properly consider our credit application until they are in receipt of everything they require.

This authority and direction allows Speedy Finance to contact landlords, real estate agents, suppliers, contractors, accountants and/or references supplied.

To communicate with you, by way of direct marketing, information about our products and services. If you do not wish us to do so, you can opt out of such communication by informing us in person, by telephone, by facsimile, by post or by email.

To search and/or register any Personal Property Securities. To conduct searches of all Government Motor Registries in Australia.

I/We agree that if Speedy Finance Pty Ltd is unable to offer me/us a loan that we agree to be referred to an alternative lender. I/we specifically consent to this occurring.
